About McDonough Management:

Frank McDonough has worked in the music industry since 1988.
First, he was Director of A&R Administration Arista Records in
Los Angeles, serving as a liaison between artists, producers,
attorneys, A&R and business affairs on recording projects for
Sarah McLachlan, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Alan Jackson,
Brooks & Dunn and many others. After that Frank worked at James
Phelan Company where he worked closely with producers and mixers
including Brendan O'Brien, T Bone Burnett, Glyn Johns and John Paul
Jones and many others. When James Phelan took a job doing A&R
for A&M Records, Frank and many of the clients joined forces with
Steve Moir Company (which later became Moir/Marie Entertainment).
He worked there for over six years before deciding to start his own company in 2000.

Kristen Kaun has had a lifelong passion for music and has worked in a
number of positions that have allowed her to learn more about the music
industry. She joined McDonough Management in 2004. On the side, she
shoots photographs for bands and has been hired to shoot artist such as
Pennywise, Rancid, Sum 41, Everclear and Warner Drive.
